Junior Accountant

What you do

• Provides data for asset accounting activities
• Invoice processing overseeing
• Preparation of supporting documents in accounting area
• Fulfilment of Business Travel process
• Gives support to Head of Finance, Regional Accounting Officer and Accountant based on request
• Active contribution in improving and implementing local operation processes and workflows
• The ability to work individually
• Respects all circulars/decisions, methodological norms and working procedures and internal
• regulation
• Supports the preparation of all documents that belong to the quality management system
• (procedures, instructions etc.) related to accounting processes
• Fulfils other activities set by the Regional Accounting Officer or the manager of the organizational
• entity to which it belongs

What you bring

• Good knowledge of statutory accounting principles,
• Language requirements: English - intermediate,
• University degree in accounting, economics, or finance;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles (complex accounting)
• Good experience with SAP FI accounting systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills;
• Self-managed profile, able to organize the accounting tasks in order to meet the terms related to monthly/quarterly and year-end closings
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Strong ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• “Can do” attitude.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
